Issues with sound - confirm the speaker settings are not too low or that it is muted. Also check to make sure there is nothing else running that may interfer with the playing of sound. Then check to make sure the system is able to make sound.
Issues with sound - For Module 1, Rover Modules 2 to 5, and Venturer Modules 2 to 5 the first slide does not have volume when you first start the slides. Progress to the next slide as normal
Issues with slide progression - the user will need to use the navigation buttons in the flash session to move to the next slide. Towards the end of the current slide the user should notice a next button. Click on the next button to progress to the next slide
Navigating back a slide - The user can either play the current slide again by using the navigation on the bottom of the slide or use the right side navigation to go to a different slide.
The slides have been tested before getting sent out. Please confirm there are issues with the slides by testing on a different computer before contacting the Training team with questions.
For the Group Commissioner slides - There appears to be no way you can navigate back or forth to other slides. To review a previous slide you will have to start the module over.
